What we collect

Your email address, the practice name and area you enter, the date and a network address (kept as a one-way hash) used to limit abuse. We also store the report we generate.

Where the report data comes from

Public information from Google Maps Platform, the practice's public website, and nearby listings. We do not ask for login access to any Google account.

How we use it

To send your sign-in link, run your audit, show you the report, and keep to the one-free-audit limit. We do not sell your data.

Who processes it

Google (place data), our email provider (to send mail) and our hosting provider.

Keeping and deleting

Write to us to have your email and report deleted. Anyone holding your private report link can read that report, so share it with care.
